IEDevToolbar - Internet Explorer Development Toolbar

Ok, they didn’t come up with the idea, but who cares? FireFox developers have been seeing this feature for a while now and provides some great insight into the construction of web pages.
The Internet Explorer Developer Toolbar (IEDevToolbar) is a great addition to Internet Explorer (compatible with versions 6 & 7). The Microsoft Internet Explorer Developer Toolbar provides a variety of tools for quickly creating, understanding, and troubleshooting Web pages.
It has a stack of features, but the thing we like about it the most is that it’s free!
